This policy explains what information is collected when you visit LithiumChart.com (“we”, “us”).
Information we collect
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type and referring website. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to deal with your message. The site has no contact form, account system or newsletter.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
Third-party services
- TradingView widgets: charts and headline feeds are loaded from TradingView, which may set cookies and collect usage data under its privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
Advertising
The site does not currently show advertising and does not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Most analytics data are held by Google; you can control them with the tools above. For anything else, email [email protected].
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
